Our Notes
This 100% Chardonnay originates from organically cultivated vines, over a hundred years old, in Rotalier's Les Varrons and Rouchamps plots. The manually harvested grapes undergo natural vinification, including pre-fermentation pressing with indigenous yeasts. After aging four years on lees in casks and amphorae, it's bottled at the Domaine without fining, filtration or added sulphites, manifesting its unique, organic terroir.
